Summary

After playing Gold Rush, the group wanted to play MindTrap's other room. Amber and I actually encountered another Conspiracy Room in Portland (Labyrinth Escape Games), however, we did not have the chance to play it because it was totally booked. We were told that both conspiracy rooms were similar.

This escape room didn't have the same WOW! factor as Gold Rush. The escape room had a 1st Gen feel with good puzzles. The flow of this escape room was multi-linear. One of the gems of this room was the way we were given the hints. IT WAS THROUGH A PRINTER! When we asked for a hint, the printer would beep and print the hint. I thought it was very cool. Unlike Gold Rush, this room definitely showed-off it's technology up front. There was a wireless cryptex that my group nerded over and it was apparently very expensive.

Although this room is an "advanced" room, experienced escape artists will have no problem with it. Newbies might have some difficulties with the puzzles but thank God for unlimited hints! Yahoo! Conspiracy Room and Gold Rush are both great rooms, however, if I were to pick my favorite between the two, I would pick Gold Rush without hesitation.
