Summary

  • Recommend 4-5 escape artists
  • 75-minute room
  • Challenging and smart puzzles
  • Ssshhh...

Amber, finally came back home! I was trying really really really hard to save the best escape rooms for her. We get to do the best of LA now! This was the first for our "Amber Summer" series.

First Impressions

Our GM was not the friendliest. It felt like she didn't want to be there. I believe the GM is able to set the mood of the room by their energy and the way they introduce the room. This GM had poor energy and because of that, this escape room started off rough.

Puzzles

The puzzles were very good and intellectual. I haven't seen some of the puzzles before. One who likes puzzles will definitely enjoy this escape room. My favorite part was using the larger-than-life cryptex and the sand.

Immersion

The room was well-built and the feel of the room was correlated with the theme of the room. There were rooms that might not fit more than 5 people. Other than space, I have no complaint about the immersion of this room.

Value

Great value for a 75-minute room with challenging puzzles.

Should you play it?

YES! Get a smart team together because these puzzles are challenging.
